Recording 24/Seven: CCTV Cameras for Your Home

Catastrophe came about when I got back home from a terrific 1 week holiday. My home got burgled. So now I’ve been put through the arduous procedure of being the victim of robbery: the trauma of viewing upturned rooms, the apathy of the constabulary, and finally the tedious task of dealing with the house insurance policy.

Now I must defend my property against break-ins in a more determined fashion. I hear recordable cctv kits are dirt cheap and simple to set up these days. The fundamental issue with my house burglary was the fact that no neighbours saw the burglars. Closed Circuit television should get rid of this issue from happening as police (and insurance) can refer to the hard-disk recordings.

In fact, many of the home owners of my estate are pooling in unison and wishing to totally cover all of our homes and lanes with Closed Circuit television. It will involve us all having to buy CCTV apparatus for for each one of our homes, while collecting money in concert to pay for CCTV for common places like streets.

It sounds rather a strong response, but by utilising Closed Circuit television I am sure the burglaries can be stopped or at least find out who is committing them and can pass on some evidence to the police.
