Out of My Element and Needing Some Entertainment Reviews
If I don’t eat at home, or pack a lunch to work, I’ll generally hit the fast food circuit. I know my way around the drive through windows, and pretty well have the various menu choices down pat. On weekends if I go out, it is usually a sports bar near my house for beer and chicken wings.
Recently I started seeing a girl who is kind of classy though. She likes to go do things like going to the theater and opera. She sometimes talks about weird dishes that I’ve never heard of too. Really, who eats snails? I really like her, but I am kind of out of my element. I don’t know any fancy restaurants. I’ve never been to an opera.
It was inevitable that she would invite me to one of these things, and so it happened. We are going to the opera this Saturday. She already has season tickets, so I said I would take her someplace nice first. So I set out to find some restaurant reviews. I got online and started searching, but was really getting business views like directions to places or individual restaurant web sites. Finally I turned to entertainment reviews and found a nice place near Symphony Hall where the operas take place. Hopefully I won’t have to eat snails.
